Thomas the train

Well a year ago today started the obsession! And now we are back. Evan was thrilled to go see Thomas and even more thrilled that Nini, pops, and Grammy were all coming. We headed out early in the morning for grapevine. Evan got to wear his new Thomas hat and couldn't wait get to the train.
Too excited to leave!

We made it and he went straight to the train tables.

The smile says it all.

Quality times with pops.

Has his ticket and is on the train.

All aboard. Ready to chug along.

Reading his ticket.

All smiles for Thomas.

Did I mention my mom worked her booty off (literally)? She has lost so much weight and i am so proud of her. Margaret was obsessed with her phone for the train ride.

I got to ride with my boy. We had a blast.

Margaret riding with the grandparents. We missed you bob bob.

Silly boy!

And we are off!

Margaret not to thrilled to look out the window.

We had a blast on the train, but the best part about it all was there is still plenty to do for free once you get off. We headed to the petting zoo. Both kids loved it.

They liked petting the bunnies.

We then went on a mini train ride. As you can tell, the boys hated it! I think they had just as much fun as riding Thomas.

Margaret and I on the train.

Evan cLappung because Thomas is coming on the real train racks.

Giving Liam a hug. Not so sure Liam appreciates it.

They had on matching Thomas shoes.

Moving on to the sandbox. This girl loves to pour from one container to another.

He was building a train.

And then the station....

We had to cap it off with a snack!

Margaret wanted some too.

Yum!

Thanks for the help Nini.

Mom look at my blue teeth!

Pony riding.

She didn't want to ride, but at least took a picture.

Big boy.

Nini got him a new train set. He clutched it the while way home as he fell asleep from all the fun he had.

That doesn't look comfortable, but she fell asleep too!

My favorite memory. Our picture in front of Thomas, look how happy evan is! I just love these two and getting to make such wonderful memories with them. Thanks to this day, Margaret now loves trains! She will point them out everywhere. I love it. I have two train obsessed kids. Life doesn't get much better.
