Can you believe my little boy is three years old? Where has the time gone?
Evan is 33 inches tall, 36 pounds, and growing like a weed. He wears size 6 diapers, but we are working on potty training. He wears size 8 shoes and is still wearing mostly 2t clothes. He loves all things little boys love. Curious Goerge, firetrucks, police cars, school buses, and Legos. He watches a variety of shows: Mickey, curious George, Daniel tiger, and cailou. He loves hot dogs, apples, and cheese. He would eat junk food all day if I would let him. He can name all shapes but diamonds, he thinks they are squares. He loves the book brown bear brown bear and will 'read' it to you. We are still working on identifying color. We are guessing he is color blinds. He can count to 12 and count objects up to 4. He can sing his Abc's but we are still working on letter recognition. He seems to be right on track with his development and learning. Way to go Evan!!
Evan got a chance to celebrate his birthday at school. He got a birthday crown! They sang happy birthday to him in chapel and then prayed for him! He was on top of the world.
We had a birthday party for Evan as well! He loved hanging out with his friends! Thanks for spoiling him! He felt like the special boy that he is!
Happy birthday, Evan! We all love you so very much and are so blessed to have you as a son!
