Santa and Christmas!!!

It is that time of year. Time to visit Santa. We went to willow bend mall and boy was that a mistake. We got there right when it opened and we still had to wait 3 hours. Thankfully the kids were pretty well behaved. Mark and I took turns walking them around and playing games. Next year, we will not wait until a few days before Christmas!!

Margaret was not a fan of Santa, but ever since she met him, any guy with a beard is Ho ho! She talks about him like she loved Santa, but was not having a good time while we were actually there.

Evan loved Santa and thought it was really neat to tell him what he wanted for Christmas. He asked for a fire truck and a ball. Neither were things he told mommy he wanted.

We had a blast Christmas. Everyone came to our house to celebrate Christmas morning. Evan loved opening all of his presents ( and everyone else's). Margaret wasn't too interested in any of it. Next year should be fun for her.

I made Christmas lunch (with some help, of course) and it seemed to be an overall hit. We are a blessed family to have everyone come celebrate such a joyous occasion with us. Feeling very thankful!!

Merry Christmas!!!
