Evan and Margaret's first movie!

We went to Studio Movie Grill for Evan and Margaret's first movie!! It was family day and the kids were free and I was three dollars. You can't really beat that. I think Evan loved the movie. It was Veggie Tales, pirate something. Margaret on the other hand, just want to crawl on the icky floor. Well, that wasn't going to happen, so after about an hour and fifteen minutes we left. I'd love to take just Evan to a movie, because I think he would really enjoy it!

 

Meanwhile, Margaret is taking A LOT of steps. I still wouldn't say she is walking, but she wants to. In Evan news, he loves tent! He will ask for his 'half tent' every night. That is a blanket over half of his toddler beds! Sometime we even hand our comforter over our headboard and give him a FULL tent! haha! Love that little guy!!

Evan's last soccer game!

It is hard to believe that Evan's first soccer season is over. I know we will have many more to come. Just in this short six game season Evan has improved. I think he likes to play chase more than soccer, but hey, he is having fun and that is what counts. Evan scored a goal every game. He will now stay on the field with out us. He will sometimes run after the ball. Evan also likes to play dinosaur and tackle other kids. Haha! The last game he had a blast just twirling in a circle while everyone else play soccer. About what I would expect from a 2 year old playing soccer. We can't wait to start next season in September.

Margaret's baptism!

Two Sundays ago, August 4th, Margaret was baptized!! It was such a blessing to have all of our friends and family here to celebrate. Margaret did great. She did not cry, although she looked mighty sad when Father Clay handed her back to Daddy. After the baptism, we came back to our house to celebrate. Mark made some delicious pulled pork for everyone to eat. Everyone had a great time catching up. We didn't get too many pictures because Margaret was ready for a nap. Here are the few I have:
